I use this practice whenever I’m feeling off center or stuck. Weaving the breathe through the chakras gives me the same kind of feeling as the hands on the knees panting and full body buzz after you finish a run. I’m talking like I go on runs often, I don’t, just these kinds.
best served lying down, maybe even legs up the wall if you’re feeling it.
